How to Request Services
How to Consulting Services
To place an order for research that is not listed on the website, or to inquire about Tailored Consulting Services, you may initially send an email to Lisa@rhrdata.com, but a phone conversation will be necessary to fully develop a report to suit your needs and to estimate your costs.
Please note: RHR operates on Arizona time, which is 3 hours behind east coast time!
How to Request Packaged Consulting Services
Just send an email to Lisa@rhrdata.com, for each Profile, provide the following information:
1. Selected geographic areas – include the appropriate information to identify the geographic areas, like city name, town name, tract numbers; be sure to identify the state and the kind of geography (e.g. county or place).
2. Info on yourself and your organization – your name and phone number, and the name, address, and
website of your organization.
Once RHR receives your order email, RHR will send you a reply email that includes a price estimate and the terms of agreement. You must reply to this email to: (1) confirm your order, (2) agree to the terms, and (3) alert RHR to begin working on your order.
RHR cannot begin working on any service request until it received this confirmation email. RHR will send an email to let you know we are beginning work. Your Demographic Profile will be sent to you via email attachment of an Excel 2003 workbook or PDF document (for maps, other formats available).
Clients must confirm order via email and agree to usage terms. While RHR Packaged Services are usually completed within 2-3 business days, there is no guarantee on the turn-around time. RHR may post on its website your organization's name in a list of clients; otherwise, RHR will never share your personal, organizational, or order information with anyone without your permission. RHR retains all rights to the supporting data, summary analyses, and final products, unless otherwise negotiated.
1% of all amounts paid for RHR services will be donated to nonprofits or charities.
